Reverts all information to the last saved version of the season package.

Deletes the season package. There can be no subscriptions sold to a season package in order for it to be deleted.

Prints the information in the Season Package Detail window.

Checks the spelling of all text fields in the Season Package Detail window.

When on the Patron tab, the selected patron will be set to auto-renew when the season package rolls over.

On the Patron tab, the selected Patron will open in the Order window to being the Book Tickets process.

Unprints renewal notices for the selected patrons.

Verifies all holds for Favorite Seats that are part of the season package.

Hold seats to the appropriate performances based on the Favorite Seats information.

Where applicable, allows for adjustment of the outlet that this season package pertain to.

Fiscal Year

The fiscal year to which the season package is currently set.

Subscriptions Assigned

The total number of subscriptions in the season package.

Subscriptions Renewed

The total number of renewed subscriptions in the season package.

External Description

The external description of the season package. This name will also print on renewal notices.

Seats Assigned

The number of seats assigned as favorite seats as part of this package.

Seats Renewed

The number of seats renewed as favorite seats as part of this package.

Internal Description

The internal description of the season package.

Status

The current status of the season package, determined by whether the Active box is checked or un-checked.
