Remove Black Bar in 64-bit For Windows Users

Windows 10 users may experience a black bar on the primary window open in Theatre Manager. When the mouse hovers over the bar, the Min/Restore/Max/Close buttons are visible. The display color of this bar is due to the selected Window's Theme.



To change the effect of this bar from BLACK:
