The Report Customization Toolbox contains tools that can be used when customizing a report.

Report Customization Window

You use the Report Customization window to make adjustments to the layout of a report. For more information on tips for customizing a report, click here.

The Report Customization Properties window is used for making adjustments to the layout of a report.

The Search (Criteria) Tab

The Criteria window is used to add the criteria which will find the specific information for the report or form letter merge. If the criteria is blank, Theatre Manager retrieves all data that matches the reports needs. You can limit or alter the data on the report by:

Using Conditions in Reports or Mail Lists

Conditions change the records found when searching a database field. Selecting the right condition will narrow the information in the report. The web pages that follows contain examples of conditions available depending on the database field selected.

The Add/Edit Parameter Window

The Add/Edit Parameter window is used for selecting a data field and it's parameters to be used as criteria for the report. Click here for more information about adding criteria to a report.
