Seat#

Determines which seat on the graphic map applies this seat information.

Section

Section of the venue the seat is in. (exp. Center, Left, Right, Main Floor, Balcony)

Row

Row within the venue.

Seat

Seat number within the venue.

Price Codes

Price Codes available for this seat location. A price code not associated with a seat can not be used to purchase tickets for that seat.

Seat Code

Unique seat code representing this seat location.

Best Seat Priority

Numeric priority of a seat over other seats within the venue. If the seating preference for the venue is that aisle seats may have a higher priority then other non-isle seats.

Best Available Area

Area within the venue the seat is located. Determines the start and stop of sections within the venue. This information prevents single seats when using best available or internet sales.

Best Seat #

Determines the best available seat within the venue. This number is used for best available seating within the order purchase window. It also determines the order in which seats are available for internet sales.

Calculates value of a field based of Theatre Manager defined equations.

Renumbers the logical seat number in numeric order to assist with locating potential duplicate logical seat numbers.

Loads the seat names previously entered in the database for the venue.
