Every transaction in Theatre Manager is tied to a Patron Record. A Patron records holds information about the patron such as contact information, donation history, membership details and ticketing history.

A Patron Record can be accessed through the Patron Sales Menu or by clicking the Patron button in the top toolbar and searching for the desired patron. Click here for more information on searching for a patron.
