Hours of Operation

Regular support hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm MST, statutory holidays excepted. Support requests received outside Regular Support Hours or on holidays will be replied to on the next business day.

Artsman observes Alberta, Canada general holidays:

New Year’s Day: January 1
Alberta Family Day: Third Monday in February
Easter Monday: First Monday following Easter
Victoria Day: Monday before May 25
Canada Day: July 1, observed on July 2 when it falls on a Sunday
Heritage Day: First Monday in August
Labour Day: First Monday in September
Truth and Reconciliation Day: September 30
Thanksgiving Day: Second Monday in October
Remembrance Day: November 11
Christmas Day: December 25
Boxing Day: December 26
