This web page allows a volunteer/staff person to manage some aspects of an event online such as:

• cancelling a class
• rescheduling a class (i.e change the date)
• taking attendance
• adding a new participant to a class
• cancelling participation in the class

Permission to do these functions is determined by:

• A volunteer/staff activity is enabled for online management on code tables
• That activity is assigned to an entire event or s single performance for the staff/volunteer from one of:
  • the volunteer/staff event activities window
  • the volunteer detail window
  • The personnel tab on the task window
• That performance or event that they are managing is in the in future
