- through the payment window
- through the dated payment window
- for Recurring Donations
- for Auto-Renewal Season Subscriptions

| Bank | The bank/institution number of the patron's bank account. |
| Branch | The bank/institution branch number of the patron's bank account. |
| Account Number | The account number of the patron's bank account. |
