The Calendar Window

The Calendar window is a way of quickly seeing upcoming performances, notes, meetings, and volunteer schedules.

Parts of the Calendar Window

	Adds a new note to the calendar. Click here for more information on adding notes to the calendar.
	Opens a selected item on the calendar for editing.
	Hides/Shows the calendar options on the left hand side of the window.
	Shows the current view of the calendar. Click the button will open a drop down menu allowing to switch views. Click here for more information on the Current View button.
	Shows the first day of the week. Clicking the button will open a drop down menu which allows switching the first day of the week. Click here for more information on the First Day of the Week button.
	Hides/Shows the times for each item on the calendar.
	Changes the calendar to one year prior.
	Changes the calendar to one month prior.
	Enables the user to rapidly jump to a date based on the current view of the calendar. Click here for more information on the Go To button.
	Changes the calendar to the next month.
	Changes the calendar to the next year.
	This feature has not yet been implemented.
	Refreshes the calendar with the most current data. Use this when a lot of users are actively using the calendar to get the most up to date information.
	Allows for the selection of which items are viewed on the calendar. Click here for more information on the Calendar Options.
	A color picker for the items on the calendar. Clicking the button will open a color palette to allow for adjustment of item colors.
