Adding a Note
Notes are used to add items to the calendar such as meetings, vacations, and patron notes. The available notes options are adjustable by the organization under Setup >> System Tables >> Code Tables >> Misc - Note Types.
- Click the New
button to add a note to the calendar.
A sub-menu will appear.

- Click on Note on the sub-menu.
Another sub-menu will appear.

- Click on the Note type that is to be added.
The Notes Edit window will open.

Click here for more information about the Notes Edit window.
- Enter the appropriate information.
- Click the Save
button and then close the Notes Edit window.
This will return the user to the calendar.
