Adding a Note

Notes are used to add items to the calendar such as meetings, vacations, and patron notes. The available notes options are adjustable by the organization under Setup >> System Tables >> Code Tables >> Misc - Note Types.

  1. Click the New button to add a note to the calendar.

    A sub-menu will appear.

  2. Click on Note on the sub-menu.

    Another sub-menu will appear.

  3. Click on the Note type that is to be added.

    The Notes Edit window will open.

  4. Enter the appropriate information.
  5. Click the Save button and then close the Notes Edit window.

    This will return the user to the calendar.
