The calendar is a quick way to view upcoming performance that have been entered into Theatre Manager. Additionally, the calendar can be used to track volunteers, notes for the organization, meetings, and letters that need to be sent.
This will open the Calendar window.

Notes are used to add items to the calendar such as meetings, vacations, and patron notes. The available notes options are adjustable by the organization under Setup >> System Tables >> Code Tables >> Misc - Note Types.

The Notes Edit window will open.

This will return the user to the calendar.
The Calendar Options allows adjustment of the information that is being viewed on the calendar.

| Letters | Enabling this option shows all letters waiting to be printed on the calendar. |

The Current View
button shows which view of the calendar the user is currently looking at. Additionally, the Current View button can be used to quickly switch views of the calendar.
When clicking on the Current View button, a sub-menu is opened showing a list of available views.

Click on the appropriate view to switch the calendar.
The First Day of the Week
button is used to adjust the calendar to reflect that first day of the week for the organization.
When clicking on the First Day of the Week button, a sub-menu is opened showing a list of available starting days.

Click on the appropriate day to adjust the calendar.
The Go To button is used for jumping to another date on the calendar.
When clicking on the Go To button, a sub-menu is opened showing a list of dates to jump to.

Above, the views of the month menu and the day menu are shown. The Go To menu is contextual based on the view and date that is currently being used to assist with moving to the appropriate date. Click on the appropriate selection to move.
The Note Details tab is where specific information pertaining to the note is entered.

| Start | Fields to enter the start date and time for the note. |

| Duration | The length of time for the item. For example, a meeting that may last an hour would be 60. |
| End Date | Fields to enter the end date and time for the note. |
| Priority | The priority level given to the note. This field allows any number between 1 and 9999. |
| Notes | A field for entering a description for the note. |
| Link File | A file, such as a Word document, can be dragged and dropped to be added to the note. |
